About
Violazer is a company that carries out sales, technical service and training of devices produced for professional use in aesthetic and medical applications throughout Turkey. Our wide product range includes laser epilation devices, slimming devices, skin care devices and medical laser devices.
Process
We had tested each hypothesis with qualitative and quantitative studies developing the product design, so that the project was evaluated not only by the number of components and functions, but also by the capabilities and by resolving various issues for a better user experience.
Benchmark
We started our project with a benchmark. We explored competing apps and websites. Our benchmark was based on:
•Candela • FemiLift • Motus • Cynosure FemiLift • Accent
We examined which areas they epilate, the processes from the opening screen to the end, how they react on error screens, how they placed the Fluence, Time and Energy buttons on the page, and how they use a visual map in regional epilation.
